Is Crazy the new NORMAL?

Recently I got back from vacation and found to my surprise a large envelope from a law firm in Florida. In it was a summons where about a dozen or so Christian non-profits were listed all being asked to return money that was donated to their organization from a hedge fund group that went bankrupt in Florida. Of course CitySites Media had some money donated from this group, so we were listed among the non-profits.  So, I am thinking to myself, has everyone gone crazy in the world, or is it just me? Non-profits are the last group of people you want to try to recover money from because they use donated money for immediate projects or for overhead, so it's a waste of someone's time to think they will recover any money.  This incident is a great illustration of what is happening in the world. People are losing a sense of what normal is, and the anchors that once were standard, are no longer methods used in our world.  Common sense for example is no longer a normal phase of operation, because the world has changed so much that nothing is common anymore, and so nothing makes sense. Recently I produced a radio show for a client on Chrislam, a term that is made up that combines Christianity and Islam.  It's a movement that started in Nigeria and has moved westward into America. There are churches in Nigeria that use both the Bible and the Koran as their texts in preaching. Now, to me that just makes no common sense.  Christianity and Islam may both trace their origins back to Abraham, but that's the only common connection there is, Christianity does not have anything in common with Islam. Many Christians are deceived into thinking that we need to dialogue with Muslims to better understand their religion, thus be a witness to them, so they celebrate Ramadan, and have  Muslim Sundays where an Imam speaks in their church. Now, it's not bad to investigate what Muslims believe, but to invite the fox into the hen house is about as stupid as it gets.  Crazy, no common sense, no spiritual discernment, just plain crazy.  Here is the truth....a Muslim can lie, cheat, steal and even kill an infidel, or non-Muslim believer, for the cause of Islam. So from the start, you are having fellowship with elements of darkness, who lies, cheats, steals, and kills?  Does that sound like good Godly actively?  John 10:10 says this. 

John 10:10 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. The thief of course is the Devil, and the lying, stealing, and killing are his tactics, the same tactics that Islam uses to deceive and manipulate the world into submission to Islam.  So, let's not let all the warm and fuzzy and open up the church to this kind of character for the sake of being politically correct.  Crazy?  You bet! There is no mosque that will invite a Christian Bible study in to examine the claims of Christ, it is always the Christians who have to invite the Muslims in to the church in order to discuss their beliefs from the Koran. So where is the equal trade in this exchange?  Developing a relationship with a Muslim for the purpose of loving him in the name of Christ is one thing, but if you compromise what you believe in for the sake of trying to understand Islam, you are making a huge mistake. Islam does not what your understanding, it wants your allegiance. Keeping it honest and truthful...K
