Can Anything Good Come From a F-word?

Now before you think I have gone crazy with the link I am about to share with you, please hear me out.

Pastors, like so many other commentators in the media, need to come up with unique ways of getting their message across. The Apostle Paul agrees that it we are to take extreme measures at times to make a point.

1 Corinthians 9:19-22

19For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them.  20To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law.  21To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law.  22To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some.

The point Paul is making is we are to use methods at our disposal that work in communicating our message. Personally, I don't have a problem with people who are creatively communicating, as long as they don't creatively invent a new gospel, like so many are doing in some Christian movements today.

Because today is Friday, I thought I would give you an example of a pastor who I think is trying to communicate a strong message using the context of a swear word to deliver the punch line.  I think it was effective, see what you think.

See you next week......K
