When Society Goes Rogue
New York is another example of how the last days unwinds the standards of generations.
Homosexuals have created a fear in the hearts of righteous people. In fact if you talk against same sex marriages, look out. Recently Newsweek published an article saying that the Bible doesn’t give reason to prohibit Homosexual unions.

Come on. You have to re-write the scriptures, re-think how nature works, and just plane ignore what the scriptures say to come to that conclusion. If you oppose the gay agenda, you are seen as a twisted homophobic bigot. What would happen if obese people got angry every time the medical profession talked about how overweight issues can shorten your life? It is a medical fact and should be concerned by those who suffer with weigh gain. In the same way, it is a Biblical fact that homosexuality is against Gods laws and it is not in the best interest of society. Why is that opinion, which is securely Biblical being demonized by the gay crowd. Does the medical profession hate overweight people because of their obesity? No, they are trying to protect them against the diseases that are a result of their weight. Well, God’s laws were give to protect us against the misuse of human sexuality. If God’s laws against homosexuality are not valid in the 21st century, then neither are His laws against incest and pedophilia. Once you open the moral door to one immoral act, it will only be a matter of time for it all to creep into society. For me, it is a matter of conviction, not a hate crime and the last time I checked, my opinion is protected by the freedom of speech provision in the constitution. But beware, it won’t be. The Church will not be able to speak about the moral implications of homosexuality. Why? Because it will be legal for same sex marriages, and groups preaching against it will be committing a hate crime. Yet the church is silent even today about these kinds of moral issues. Who has the guts to stand in front of a congregation today and declare that homosexuality is wrong morally and Biblically? You have less than a 1% of the population telling Christians who make up 30-40% of the population we are going to rewrite the laws of the land and no one will be able to stop us. That is precisely what the attitude was of the homosexuals in Genesis 19:4.
4But before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both young and old, all the people to the last man, surrounded the house. 5And they called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, that we may know them.”
Notice the militant attitude of these men. “Bring them out so we can have sex with them.” This is the true nature of homosexuality, and no one seems to confront it.
400,000 churches in America, but they can’t seem to settle on what God’s word says about homosexuality, even though Paul the Apostle writing in Romans 1 was clear:
26For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
When Newsweek claims that the Bible does not prohibit same sex marriages they are just not telling the truth. It is a lie that is designed to persuade people to think that the Bible has nothing to say about it...but they are dead wrong.
