I don’t usually watch many news programs … too much banter about nothing is discussed. Congressional hearings never come to any resolutions that change anything, and all results come to one conclusion … divide, divide, and divide. However, I watched Fox News recently, and Megan Romer the co-chair of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) party, was a guest. I was amazed to hear from her own mouth, how her party wants to dismantle America. Both Democrats and Republicans should be worried about their agenda. Here it is … no borders, no Supreme Court, no Senate, no prisons, no ICE, no Pentagon, and no deportations ever again. So, what do you do with rapists, murderers, and violent crime offenders? Well, if we get rid of the crimes of poverty, Romer said, then it will solve itself. The Democratic Socialists of America party is dangerous, and its popularity in some states should alarm us.
America Needs Changing
There is no doubt in my mind that America needs to change, and one of those changes should be to never let a party like this to exist. Freedom does not mean people have a right to destroy this country, just because their ideology is different than our founder’s idea of freedom. My freedom does not allow me to go into a crowded movie theater and scream fire, when there is no threat of fire. That is a crime. The DSA party is doing just that by contending we need to tear America down and rebuild it into the image of no authority. To fundamentally restructure our government would be treason and dismantle 250 years of the memories of men and women who died to protect the freedom of America. This party would be banned in most countries today, but in America we tolerate this kind of insanity.
Japan
Let me deviate for a moment. There are no open borders in Japan, the process is rigorous and is tightly controlled. Look at the requirements to get a visa:
Working Visas: Requires a local job offer, a university degree or professional experience in fields like engineering, education, or international services.
Specified Skilled Worker (SSW): Requires passing specific industry skill exams and Japanese language tests for designated labor shortages.
Student Visas: Requires acceptance into an approved Japanese educational institution or language school with proof of tuition funding.
Spouse or Child Visas: Granted to legally recognized family members or spouses of Japanese nationals.
America is experiencing an immigrate indoctrination that lets people come to live in America, but no requirement of assimilating into it. Why is assimilation important? To continue to be a strong country, we need a unified national identity and social cohesion. Japan requires that before citizenship, you renounce your country of origin. What happened to 120,00 Japanese American citizens during WWII was tragic when they were required be interned in camps, because our government was not sure of their allegiance. The fear of no loyalty to a unified identity was real then, and I believe it has become real again through the Democratic Socialist of America party. This party only wants to radicalize our way of life. The free enterprise system to them is the cause of the crime of poverty that hangs over many Americans … especially immigrants.
My Point
My concern is that America will crumble from within. History has proven that many civilizations were conquered by enemies only when the moral and civic fabric of that civilization fell away from a national identity. We are facing that today in America. As a Christian, I believe America was established in strength and power by God. I believe the main reason for God’s blessing in America was that her Churches were able to propagate the Gospel to the ends of the earth. The significance of national prosperity gave missionaries the opportunity and resources to go to places no one previously was able to go. If we lose our government to socialism, we will not have the opportunities as we have today, to spread the Gospel to all the people on earth. The DSA party is a wakeup call for all Americans to become aware of what is percolating in the politics of America today.
